Media Devil is an online phone accessory brand based in South Wimbledon. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with good attention to detail to assist with order packing and customer support, and various administrative tasks in the office. We are a very small company and you will be working directly with the founders, so it's a great starting position for someone looking to advance within our business.
The role will include (training will be provided):
• Packing and processing customer orders
• Providing pre-sales and after-sales email support.
• Monitoring and responding to customer and blogger reviews.
• Ad-hoc office admin tasks
Skills and attributes needed:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team-orientated.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• General competency of the Windows platform and Microsoft Office.
Desirable skills:
• The confidence/initiative to proactively suggest and implement ideas.
• The desire to progress upwards within our business.
The role is part-time, 20-30 hours a week, although we can be flexible about the working schedule for the right candidate. There is also the possibility to move to full-time hours in the future and to move into other areas of our business once you have established yourself in the current role. Salary: £8.00 - £10.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Our offices (SW19 3UA) are a 10-12 minute walk from South Wimbledon tube station on the Northern line or a short Tram journey from Wimbledon rail station. We are looking for someone who is able to start as soon as possible, and ideally before the middle of April.
