Property Administer - SW London - Full/Part Time Positions.
Acquire Living is a Private London Landlord with over 100 properties in SW and SE London. We are looking for a Full time or Part time property manager/Administator to join our small team to oversee a growing high end portfolio of properties.
You will be responsible for the:

A portfolio of 100 high end properties
Day to day property maintenance issues
Attending property inspections

We are looking for somebody with the following skills and experience:

A background in AST Property Management or a similar role.
Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
Clean driving license
Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
Excellent telephone manner

This role offers a salary of £20,000 - £30,000 + £4,000 OTE depending on experience or £12 to £20 per hour on a part time basis dependent on experience.
