Based in the heart of Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an expanding airport transfer company. Serving over 75000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond.
We are now recruiting Night Administrators / Telephonists to join our team.
We have a number of nights available, and are flexible as to whether we recruit to a full-time position or several part-time positions.
The role includes
Answering calls from customers and dealing with bookings and complaints etc
Liasing with drivers
Effectively allocating jobs to drivers
Answering emails
Other adhoc admin tasks
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:
Good spoken and written English
Excellent telephone manner
Accurate with good attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent computer skills
Quick learner
Punctual and reliable
experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn is.
Hours
This is a full night shift 10pm - 8am or 11pm - 8am
Overtime available at times
£9-10 per hour after training depending on progress
