We are looking for a Demi-CDP or CDP level cook to work at Aside, a modern british restaurant in Peckham.
At Aside we work closely with our suppliers and really focus on highlighting seasonal fresh produce. We are a 32 cover small plates style restaurant with the goal to produce some the best food in the area, we bake our own bread, do in house butchery and make a variety of ferments.
The ideal candidate would be young, passionate, and have a eye for detail with a drive to succeed. Organisational skills combined with punctuality are key, as is the ability to work hand in hand with a small team. Self drive and the desire to learn are more important than knowledge.
Competitive salary, work 5 days a week and have Monday/Tuesday off.
