Front of House/Bar Staff
We are currently looking for experienced bar staff to work in our event space in Hackney Wick. The legendary Mick’s Garage is situated in Queen’s Yard a converted warehouse where we serve our own range of Beers alongside our JARR kombucha cocktails and wines. We are looking for ambitious and experienced bar staff to deliver great customer experiences and to create memorable and fun times for everyone who steps though our doors. We offer a competitive rates of pay and perks according to the level of experience. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Duties:
Greeting customers with enthusiasm and positively
Helping customers understand all of our products and find what they like
Creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
Keeping all areas of the bar clean and tidy
Helping to make improvements and solve problems
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Prioritising workload to ensure customers needs are always met
Helping with day to day organisation of stock and deliveries
Skills
Exceptional customer contact skills and manners
Passion for great food and drink
Working as a team and communicating effectively
Keen eye for detail
Thinking and moving quickly
Staying calm under pressure
experience
Hospitality experience essential
Beer and brewing industry experience is an advantage
