experience is a bonus but with the right enthusiasm and basic knowledge of cooking; we have the expertise to train candidates to become skilled chefs.
Applicant needs:
Enthusiasm and a good work ethic
A Hard working a diligent attitude
experience in a similar environment a bonus
Be a quick and keen learner
Basic Food Hygiene certification preferred but not essential
Strong communication skills
Candidate will:
Work alongside Head Chef during busy service
Ensure all food storage and production areas are organised and kept spotlessly clean
Adhere to H and S, HACCP and Food Hygiene Regulations
