Chiropractic Assistant/ Clinic receptionist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chiropractic assistant/ Clinic Receptionist to support our multidisciplinary team with chiropractors, nutritionists, functional medicine practitioners, acupuncturists, podiatrists, clinical psycho-neuro-immunologists in a new wellness practice. We are looking for a motivated, energetic and health focused person to join our expanding team.
THE ROLE:
• Working within a busy multidisciplinary environment that offers life changing experience to practice members.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining impeccable administration so that practitioners can focus all their time in giving best care to practice members. Supporting both the practitioners work and client’s health journey.
• Inbound and outbound calls to existing and new clients (not cold calling); managing appointments, taking payments, carry out health scans, inform and educate people towards a healthier lifestyle.
• Taking an active role in promoting our services.
• Actively working towards their own development and highlights areas for improvement and advancement without being prompted.
ABOUT YOU:
• Passionate about helping others in making positive changes to their life.
• Excellent customer service skills, empathetic who understands client’s journey.
• Good organizational, planning and prioritization skills. Desire for quality and accuracy.
• Knowledge and/ or experience of chiropractic and complementary therapies.
• Computer literacy with proven ability to perform administrative tasks.
• Confident in using or willingness to learn using health scan equipment.
• Able to work both independently and effectively within a team. Proactive contribution towards the team’s efforts.
• Having made or open to undertake a phlebotomy course.
SPECIFICS:
• Location – Norbiton, Kingston-upon-Thames.
• Full time, 40 hours, 5 days/week.
• Clinic opening hours: Monday to Friday 6am-9pm, with morning and afternoon shifts. Saturdays: 9am-4pm.
• Starting Salary - flexible depending on your experience.
