Your role.
This is not a sales role. We believe in the core value of talking to people and getting to know them. It is not about having a scripted message. It’s finding out their dreams their fears, their ambitions and your job is to guide and encourage a potential learner to recognise their real value and how education can fulfil their needs to unlock their true potential.
Previous experience not a must.why?
Because you do not need experience to understand people and why a person has not completed their education thus far. You need to have the ability to understand we all require education in the modern world. It’s a must in this day and age and provides the difference between getting your dream role and being turned away at the first Hurdle.
