Part of the independently owned Leelex group, The Distillery is World renowned for great hospitality and of course our Portobello Road Gin. We are on the hunt for a Great Chefs. Due to our recent growth and internal promotion a position has become available and we need you both at The Distillery and in our brand new opening in Exmouth Market, Tonica.

Food and Gin are at the heart of our bars and restaurants. Unpretentious, thoughtfully combined flavours sourced from around the Mediterranean. The best ingredients complimented by herbs, not disguised by sauces. A menu that changes every 3 weeks to reflect the bounty of seasonal produce.

About You

Must have experience. It may be a lot for a Sous Chef, a little less for a CDP and not much at all for a Commis.But whatever you are, you will be passionate and hard working.

You will be used to a workload in excess of £10k food sales per week.
Food and hygiene level 2 or 3
Competent in all areas of food and kitchen safety/compliance.
