We work out of a 2500sq ft rail arch in Battersea producing the finest Cold Pressed Juice in London! We are looking for someone with operational experience to join the team and take control of the operational side to our business.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Two years min. experience in an operational role
- Fluent in English
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Flexibility - in a small business staff are involved in all areas of the work
- Confidence to handle new situations
- Easy-going personality and sense of humour
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding for when hard work is required
- High level of Excel proficiency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
The Role
- Manage customer ordering and delivery schedules
- Supervise and support daily operations including managing inventory, purchasing, deliveries and kitchen cleanliness.
- Hiring, scheduling, training and development of support staff.
- Ensure team adheres to all operational, food quality, presentation, production standards
- Ability to adapt to changes in staff, customer volume, and unforeseen circumstances in a quick and logical manner
- Manage employee relation matters such as time and attendance, professional conduct and work performance.
- Identify hiring needs, coach and train new hires, manage schedules and continuously champion a motivated team environment.
