Operations assistant

We are a vibrant, humorous card, gift and stationery retailer with 38 shops in the UK, many of which are in London.
We are looking for a full time Operations Assistant reporting to the Head of Operations at our Head Office with site visits nationwide.
The Retail Operations team is very much at the centre of the business. We are both a problem solving and a planning department with no two days ever being the same.
You will be communicating daily with our stores and supplier so an outgoing personality is essential.
The job consists of assisting the Head of Operations in tasks such as:

Obtaining and comparing quotes for preventative and reactive maintenance company wide
