With 4 sites in London, 1 in Manchester and plans for more new openings across the country VERY soon, we are now looking for an Operations Chef to drive our food menus forward as we expand.
About you:

experience as an Operations Chef or similar looking after multiple sites.
Exposure to premium fresh food and branded kitchens.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire kitchen brigades.
Strong financial acumen with proven ability to drive General Practitioner and labour costs.
High standards of food hygiene and H and S.
