Mobile Operations Associate

£30,000 Per annum

Our luxury retail client is seeking for an individual to join their team as a mobile operations associate. This will mean working with all their London and some regional stores and have the mobility and flexibility to travel. The individual will be helping stores with store administration, stock, operations and care services.
Duties:

Working closely with the Logistics management team to identity ways in which to improve store operations.
The planning and execution of financial stock takes.
Track stock KPI’s for review with store managers on a monthly basis.
Communicating and progressing price changes in stores.
Payroll and sales reports to Head Office.
Opening and closing of Stores after all work is complete (When required).
Care service operations including repairs and quality checks.
Partner with store sales team to provide high level customer service.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.
Computer literate.
Previous high-end retail experience.
Previous administration experience.
Previous stock control experience.
Knowledge of in-house systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and high standards.
Fast-learner.
Able to travel frequently.
Strong business awareness.
