Operations Assistant required for immediate start to work for busy cleaning company based in Dagenham, you will be part of our Operations Team reporting to our Operations Manager assisting with various day to day tasks.
This is a permanent position covering London, Essex and Kent, also some jobs in Luton, Stevenage and Peterborough so full UK driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.
Job description
- Your daily tasks with include;
- Interviewing and training staff
- Checking standards
- Completing audits
- Holiday cover for Area Supervisor
- Various cleaning tasks as and when needed
- Investigation and disciplinary meetings
- Meeting customers
- Ensuring high quality customer service and standards at all times
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, varying hours, some days will be mornings, some evenings and can start as early as 4.30 and finish as late as 10.30pm, - Previous experience within cleaning industry is essential, training will be provided
Personal specification
We are looking for someone who is motivated and able to work on their own initiative with problem solving abilities, being part of our Operations Team means that Customer Service needs to be a top priority with a polite and friendly can do attitude at all times.
The successful candidate will be;
- Well presented
- PC literate
- Able to multi-task
- Professional and able to build relationships
- Able to work alone and in a team
- Pro-active approach to situations
- Effective communication
