You will join the team to help mainly with Operations and to support Customer service.
How can you expect to spend your day?
Your responsibilities will be varied and will include the following:
- Manage, process and organise the dispatch of daily sales orders.
- Generate invoices of items to be packed and sent.
- Check the item against the sale sheet and highlight any discrepancies.
- Carefully pack the items using supplied packing material.
- Maintain packaging material stock levels and re-order when necessary.
- Being a point of contact for the team, answering calls and dealing with enquiries.
- Providing ad-hoc backup to other members of the team.
- Attend company events, and tradeshows to help promote the company brand, network and understand any new developments within the industry.
Candidates for the position must be:
- A team player within a small but growing team.
- Extremely organised
- Attentive to detail
- Able to work under pressure, a good temperament is essential.
- Be diligent and responsible
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Self-starter and team player
- Willing to help out with other tasks and duties.
- Familiarity with Optics Industry and Sage is an advantage.

Position details:

- 5 Days a week
- Monday to Friday hours are 9am-5.30pm
- Start time: as soon as possible
- Temp to Permanent
- Competitive Salary
- Based in Brentford, West London TW8
