We are a small company (13 staff) that operates 2 different office and event catering brands as well as a busy café in central London - Monday _ Friday
We are looking for someone who:
has experience in the food sector and a working kitchen
has managed a team
enjoys working with customers
loves finding new clients and building relationships
has high standards regarding work ethic and health and safety
You would need to be able to operate in a kitchen if necessary, and understand our production and ordering system as well as how our on line ordering system works.
You would work closely with both the head chef, operations assistant, bookkeeper and report directly to the owner
Hours are approximately 8-5.30 but if we are busy then you need to be able to "get the job done "
And, very importantly you need to have that mixture of humour, hard work and leadership - setting an example that others can follow.
