Operations Administrator
Plant Designs are looking for a fun, organised professional who takes pride in producing quality work. Someone who can work with demanding deadlines in support of our operational and contractual needs.

You will be working directly with the operational team and the Managing Director, as well as giving support to the accounts department. This role will support the day-to-day running of all our operations, dealing directly with our customers, staff and suppliers.
You will need to be fluent in written and spoken English with a confident telephone manner. You will also need to be IT literate with a working knowledge of software including the use of databases (including CRM), the full Microsoft Office package (particularly Excel, Publisher and Word) it would be desirable if you were proficient in PhotoShop.
You need to be capable of prioritizing and planning your working day to accommodate ever changing timelines on very tight deadlines.
We need someone who is available to work 5 days a week; minimum 25 hours (part time) spread over the 5 days up to 40 hours (full time). This is a position, and the salary and package on offer will be commensurate with the role and dependant on your experience. You will be based in our office in Metropolitan Park Greenford
