Since launching 4 years ago, Miso Tasty has grown to supply high-profile customers including Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Ocado and Wholefoods. We are about to extend our distribution in a very significant way and looking for a full time member of the team to join us and support our growth.

The role’s responsibility is to ensure that our orders are processed quickly, accurately, on-time and in full, to our range of customers. To achieve this, the candidate will need to have a strong skillset that is geared towards processing detail effectively, a clear communication style for co-ordinating many aspects of the supply chain from our suppliers to our customers, and an ability to problem-solve when there are failures within the supply chain.

Who are We are looking for?
We are looking for a diligent self-starter, keen to be part of a fast-growing food brand. The successful candidate must be strong in each of the following areas:
Attention to detail. This role demands a real focus on being incredibly thorough - triple checking everything is the mantra!
Precise and firm communication skills - both verbally and written. Communication in our supply chain and operations must be clear and consistent, leaving nothing to chance.
Dynamic problem-solving and organizational skills to manage time efficiently. Order processing and trouble-shooting are time-sensitive and reactive tasks that must be dealt with in a time-sensitive way.
Must be familiar and use excel sheets regularly, and strong numerical ability.

The successful candidate will need to have had at least 2 years experience in roles that demand a very similar skillset as the above. experience in FMCG would be desirable but not essential. Having the right can-do attitude is also key to being a successful addition to our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing orders from our retail customers to delivery. Accountable for orders being successfully delivered to our customers.
Ensuring we have sufficient stock to satisfy our forecasted demand by communicating regularly with Supply Chain.
Manage logistics/co-ordination of stock movements as required by supply chain/sales.
Invoicing customers on delivery
Ensuring we comply with all delivery specifications to our customers, with our logistics partner.
Checking promotions
Maintaining accurate weekly stock records from suppliers and monitoring stock levels at our customers’ depot.
Responsible for reacting to errors flagged up in the supply chain to reach a solution, whilst minimizing the costs to the business.
Processing our online orders from website.
