We primarily sell Music, DVDs, Books, Video Games, Merchandise and Electronics online through our various partners such as Amazon, eBay, Alibris and Fnac.
As a Online Supply Chain Account Manager you will -
• Ensure the supply of stock required to fulfil customer orders in a timely fashion, by placing daily.
• Purchase Orders with our suppliers
• Monitor, analyse, manage and source Unavailable stock.
• Initiate dialogue with suppliers, couriers and internal staff.
• Produce daily and weekly ordering reports.
• Work closely with the Tech-, Warehouse- and Customer Service Teams to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
As an applicant you will have -
• Previous experience within an entertainment retailer, ideally online, is preferable but not essential.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Familiarity with eCommerce websites
• Organizational skills and ability to work within timescales.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great communicating skills
• Ability to work well within a tight team.
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
