We are a small but rapidly growing company with a friendly but focused team. eBay, Amazon, E-commerce, Other Selling Platforms - Web Admin- FULL TIME / PART TIME Positions available.
Please Note: You do not need to be a an expert in everything listed below but just a general understanding of what is required.

Job Description Summary: Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Creating and managing product listing on eBay and Amazon and on other online sales channels you will be responsible for customer service queries via e-mail or phone regarding products and orders.
You will also undertake new stock entry and maintain accurate stock levels Responsibilities:
• Taking professional pictures of products, editing and uploading on eBay / Amazon / Company website.
• Replying to the customers queries
• Responsible for ensuring all products are clearly listed with features and benefits and detailed descriptions for each item.
• Constant review of product listings, this will involve amending detailed description
• Conducting regular price checks to ensure our prices remain competitive.
• Research and responding to competitor activity / pricing to protect / enhance market share.
• Keep each marketplace updated with all the latest products and promotions.
• Be able to work alongside other members and multi task with their work when needed
• Posting and Packaging products
• Processing of orders coming through via website and telephone.
• Ensuring customers are kept up to date with order progression
* SEO expert with coding skills
• Maintaining inventory of stock
• Flexibility to undertake other tasks is also required. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the skills below:
• Great attention to details is an absolute must!
• Basic-Advanced PhotoShop or any other Photo-Editing skills
• Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Competent use of Word / Excel / Internet
• Understanding of online sales strategies
• Good customer services skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of team as well as managing own workload and time management The successful candidate must have the following qualities:

• Previous eBay/Amazon/ online sales role for a business account is essential
