Giant Group has a fantastic opportunity for an Onboarding Advisor to join the team based in London. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a starting from £16,000-£20,000 per annum + Benefits.

The focus of Onboarding Advisor role is first and foremost on organisation and attention to detail to ensure that all SLAs are adhered to, and all on-boarding processes are completed with the upmost accuracy. As first point of contact for the workers and clients the P.O.A must ensure a high level of customer service in all communication to create a positive on-boarding experience.
Key responsibilities of the Onboarding Advisor
- Responsible for processing the screening and on-boarding of new PSCs and Paye workers.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy of on-boarding and compliance checks in line with the screening standard whilst consistently meeting the contractual SLAs.
- Responsible for monitoring progress and proactively seeking efficient issue resolutions and completion of screening/on-boarding processes.
- Continued review and completion of legal right to work and company compliance checks.
- Monitoring worker accounts to ensure contractual documents are promptly accepted and records are kept accurate, up to date and presentable.
- Ensuring swift resolutions and responsible action is taken to avoid business and reputational risk when adverse screening results occur to.
- Being the clients/workers first point of contact; ensuring feedbacks and calls are responded to within the corresponding SLA with action appropriate to the Severity Level.
- Maintain shared precision inbox duties to consistently deliver a proactive efficient service.
- Ensure the Precision required reporting tools are kept up to date and 100% accurate for client and internal managerial review
- Responsible for escalating situations which could fall out of SLA, create business risks, or cause reputational damage for either Giant or any clients.
- Diligence in the completion of supporting administrative tasks whilst seeking effective process changes to improve the department’s performance within the company.

Completing and supervising procedures for client pre-engagement and screening checks including:
- ID and Legal Right to work verification
- Credit/Bankruptcy checks
- Company verification
- Sanctions check
- Career verification and referencing
- Academic qualifications and professional memberships check
- Directorship checks
- Media checks
- FCA regulatory checks
- Conflict of interest and risk assessment
- Multi-skill dependent administration
Skills needed to become our Onboarding Advisor
- 6 months – 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Self organisation, proactively and prioritisation of work
- Ability to multitask
- Proven communication skills; especially outgoing telephone calls and written skills.
- Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word and Excel
- Flexible, multi-skilled based administrative experience
