Olives Restaurant and Bar is based in The Bailey’s Hotel London, the 140 years-old iconic building, and is looking for a Bartender to provide to our gests an unique experience.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive Bartender, eager to develop new skills within a busy environment.
As Bartender, your key responsibilities will include:
• Take orders from guests. Ensure guests have a pleasant experience within the restaurant.
• Have good menu and wine knowledge.
• Be able to use the Micros system.
• Be responsible for the payment of quests when they are ready to leave and closing of bills.
• Have knowledge of special events etc.
• Encourage upselling of food and drinks.
• Have good product knowledge (food and beverage).
Previous outstanding experience as a Bartender is preferable, as well as passion for Italian cuisine.
