Berber and Q was founded in 2015 in a railway arch in Haggerston, E8.
We’re inspired by the flavours and ingredients of the Middle East and North Africa as well as taking influence from American BBQ culture.
There is a focus on hot-smoking, BBQ rubs and of course our open grill.
We’re looking for passionate, self-motivated and energetic chefs to join our team in a new project we are opening in early October 2022 in East London.
We take great pride in building a close-knit team and providing an enjoyable environment in which to work.
In order to work at Berber and Q you need:
- At least 1 year working experience in a London busy restaurant
- A passion or interest for food and if you happen to love Middle Eastern food even better
- English as a first language or fluency in English
- To be eligible to work in the UK
