We are looking for CDP's, Demis, Senior CDPs and Junior Sous - level chefs and offering a salary of £21-£27k depending on experience.
Shoreditch’s Oklava serves contemporary Turkish small plates with a Cypriot accent. Armed with a custom charcoal/wood grill, a stone oven and a ‘ BBC Great British Menu’ winner, we take the best ingredients around and make brilliant, thoughtful, sophisticated food.
Under the guidance of Chef Selin Kiazim, we enjoy a happy, energetic and creative open-kitchen environment within an intimate, light restaurant space.
With owners Selin and Laura Christie having further exciting projects in the pipeline, there will be plenty of scope to grow within the group.
