Twenty Four Seven is an established and reputable social care company providing Family Assessment and Leaving Care services. Our Family Assessment centre has had three consecutive OFSTED inspections resulting in a rating of Outstanding. Due to demand for our services we are now opening a brand new Family Assessment centre in North London. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to join us in leading this new service.
The Role:
As the Registered Manager of our new Residential Family Centre you will be responsible for:
• The day to day running of the service
• Involvement in the tendering, referral and placement process
• Staff recruitment, management/ supervision and professional development
• Maintaining a high standard of operation in accordance with legislation, procedures and policies
• Ability to write/update procedures and policies
• Ensuring that the best possible outcomes are achieved for the families placed with us
• Leadership in safeguarding children, young people and adults
• To efficiently manage the use of financial resources within the Family Centre
The Successful Candidate will need:
• A social work qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience at management level
• To have completed Level 5 or working towards Level 5 Leadership and Management; or willing to undertake this
• Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted regulations and inspections
• Have a good understanding of relevant, up-to-date practice models, including any research and innovative practice that underpins the Family Centre
