Admin and general duties
We manage apartments in and around Soho London catering for guests from all over the world and the UK. We are looking for someone to help us as we are very busy.
You will be working minimum 4 days per week and this will involve some weekends.
Number of days may vary each week.
The Role
As a Team Member, you'll get involved in it all!
Your duties may include:
Taking bookings via our various partner web sites.
Ensuring payments are taken and maintaining good records of them.
Welcoming and checking in guests
Delivering excellent customer services to make our guests’ stay extra special.
Even some maintenance!
The purpose of the role
You will provide assistance to our office staff by effectively handling all bookings from the enquiry stage, payment through to the arrival of the guests, ensuring all guest’s requirements are ascertained, organised and accurately communicated to them and our operational team to ensure complete customer satisfaction and the achievement of 5 star reviews.
To aid the Operational team on a day to day basis, this may involve helping out in any aspect of our operations if required.
Key responsibilities
Planning and co-ordinating all bookings and guests’ requirements. This includes the issue of weekly schedules, taking payments via our online system and card machine, prompt replies to enquiries, greeting guests, ensuring cleanliness standards in the apartments, reporting and arranging any maintenance issues taking payments and “walking” guests through the apartments on arrival.
Ideal Qualities you will possess
Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
Ability to prioritise and organise
Take responsibility for yourself
Excellent communicator
Good Organisational and administration skills.
Flexibility in the hours and days that you are able to work.
Minimum of two year work experience in the UK.
Good English and maths skills
Excellent IT skills
