If you are passionate about hospitality, have some relevant reception/Admin experience and are looking for an exciting and new opportunity, then we want to hear from you! We are looking for candidates with previous reception/Admin experience.
Only Applicants eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the above reception position.
Benefits
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
Manning reception, meeting and greeting clients and other visitors with a friendly, polite and professional manner at all times Answer phone calls Take accurate and full messages for all unanswered calls and distribute promptly.
Ensure the reception area including all meeting rooms are kept tidy. Manage the meeting room booking system, checking catering arrangements for the following day Booking in external visitors Booking all couriers, taxis and other logistics services as requested by the business Alert the office assistant to arrival of post and deliveries, as required, and assist in the distribution of post and deliveries Provide administrative assistance as required to support the administrative needs of the client teams and the office Providing additional cover for both internal and external company and client events as required, which may be outside normal working hours Undertaking any other duties that may be reasonably required by the company.
Skills, experience and attributes required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be immediately available to start a new role.
Ability to deal with staff at all levels in an appropriate manner.
Ability to work as part of a team with other staff members.
Client/Tenant focus
Good organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good attention to, and eye for, detail
