Office Operations Assistant Required

About us:
We are a 85 strong marketing agency based in West London with high standards looking to increase the team that supports reception, boardroom meetings and the general running of this busy and friendly company.    Responsibilities will include:

Sharing reception duties
Telephone answering
Managing office kitchen
Catering support for meetings
Managing office stock supplies
General office support

About you:
You are a friendly, self motivated and personable.  You enjoy working with people in an operational capacity and enjoy providing team support.  experience in the following areas is desirable and appropriate training will be provided.

Clear telephone manner
Computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
Interest in business administration

Working hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.   We also provide 20 days holiday per annum, health benefits and learning and training opportunities.
