Office Manager for Property Development Company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directors Support (2 directors):
Manage the Directors diaries.
Book business lunch and meetings.
Liaise with high profile clients.
Office Management:
Responsible for the office facilities management, such as cleaning, phone and internet, bills, food supply, etc.
Order stationery and office supplies.
Deal with external suppliers to maintain all office equipment
Sorting mail and answering calls
Looking after company cars
Any other duties as required.
ADMIN:
Prepare rental and project agreements
Prepare rental statements
Prepare management statements
Prepare invoices (commission based, design and project management fees)
Banking
Any other duties as required.
experience:
At least 1 year’s PA/ office management experience
The successful candidate will have VERY strong admin, organisational and communications skills, and will be comfortable dealing with the company’s very high profile clients of all ages and status.
SKILLS:
Exceptional administrative skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent English writing and articulate verbal communication skills
IT skills
