Working in the sales team, you will be reporting to the Head of Membership, supporting the marketing, events and finance teams.

White Hat will deliver the Business Administration level 3 framework.
Full Description:
Location: Spitalfields, London
Primary responsibilities are:
1. Support the London Membership team in growing our members.
2. Ensure that the entire member journey, from on boarding to off boarding, is as Slick as possible
3. Ensure that all Sales force member data is accurate, managed and reported regularly and efficiently and its data underpins the membership journey process
4. Support the team to ensure that all members sign consistent Heads of Terms and receive accurate and timely invoicing in collaboration with Finance team
Hours:
9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week. We are looking for somebody 18 years and over because of the hours.
Skills Required:
1. experience working in a membership environment for at least a year
2. experience with a sales-focused system i.e. Sales Force would be advantageous
3. Be an excellent organiser, know how to get the best out of your time
4. Showcase enthusiasm and liveliness, breath the Second Home mission and make it infectious- Be open-minded and innovative, with initiative.
Personal Qualities:
1. 18 years old and over, because of the hours, (9am to 6:30pm)
2. Confident communicator, resilient, sales orientated, creative, organised and VERY versatile.
