The successful applicant will be required to answer the telephones, take messages, and assist the first point of contact in our busy Office Centres.
Additional duties will be to assist with administrative tasks within the office and to help with adding information onto our database and similar tasks. We would like someone who is willing to learn our operations, assist with work scheduling and grow with our company. Your duties will include;
• Answering the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
• Assisting with the organising and scheduling of work within our tenant base
• Assisting in keeping our database updated
• General Office Administrative duties
. Dealing with all our tenants
Training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Desire to succeed and grow within the organisation.
• Flexibility to work as part of a young and ambitious team.
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Good written and oral English is a must
. Assist fully in the running of all of our Office Centres.
