Office Junior Vacancy in London

We are looking for someone for a period of 3 months to support the Office Manager in preparing the practice for moving to a new office.

General administrative duties including scanning, filing and archiving.
Providing holiday cover for our receptionist, and for lunch and comfort breaks.
Providing a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all clients and guests, in person and on the telephone.
Maintaining a neat and tidy reception area.
Managing the booking of meeting rooms and any associated catering requirements.
Taking messages
Providing additional support to the other administrators in the practice.

The perfect person for this role will have:

A friendly and personable approach, good at building rapport very quickly with people.
Good at following things through to completion, with consistency, even for mundane tasks.
A strong work ethic.
Able to understand and to work to deadlines.
Able to multi-task and remain calm and well organised.
A good team worker who will willingly and pro-actively help others when needed.
