A rapidly growing Office Design and Build company based in South West London has a new vacancy for a motivated, confident and sales orientated individual to take ownership of new business development and lead generation activities.
The role will focus on developing and building new and existing relationships with Commercial Office Agents, Surveyors, Project Managers, Cost Consultants, Architects and other industry players. You will be responsible for generating introductions and opportunities in connection with companies looking to relocate, refurbish or open new offices.
If you’re the sort of person who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and initiate conversations and has the ability to forge long-term relationships with new people we’d like to hear from you.
A clear understanding of the commercial property market within London is essential.
Skills Required:
Driven by sales targets with a “can do” attitude.
Confident self-starter, confident to pick up the phone and make things happen.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Developing relationships over the telephone and networking.
Having pre-existing relationships with commercial property agents (highly desired)
Team player with amazing social skills
Duties will include:
Finding new business opportunities through cold calling, attending events, networking.
Maintaining and following up on the existing and potential client database.
Creating new appointments with prospective clients.
Building relationships with new commercial office agents and other industry players.
Following up on qualified leads
Developing relationships over the telephone and networking.
We ask that you are highly motivated to succeed.
The start date is immediate. This is a permanent role, with an initial 3 month probationary period.
Attractive base salary with uncapped commission structure for high achievers, the more business you bring in the more money you make!
