Permanent Full Time Telephonist position available in busy, Michelin starred restaurant for renowned Italian chef in London’s West End.
We are looking for a naturally bright, charismatic, friendly and professional candidate with an excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Our telephonist will contribute to our clients first impression, therefore every task must be performed to the highest standard.
The applicant's telephone manner must be impeccable and friendly.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Previous experience in high standard / restaurant / hotel establishments
• Positive attitude, excellent telephone manner and good spelling is essential
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service in all areas
• Ability to work under pressure with a high volume of calls and e-mails (incoming
and outgoing)
• Knowledge of the Italian language is ideal but not compulsory
This is a full time position based on 5 days a week, Monday – Friday 09:45 – 18:15.
The restaurant is open 7 days a week (part-time applicants will not be considered).
Applicants may be required to work Bank Holidays.
Approximately 42 hours per week, rate of pay meets national minimum wage requirements.
