Office Assistant Needed in London

General Office Assistant (Health and Safety Department)
We are looking for an office assistant for our well-established private sector construction services company involving supply of labour based in Brentford, Middlesex.
The ideal candidate would have excellent organizational skills as well as being versatile.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Processing and administrating operatives documentation
• Monitoring and Updating Databases
• Organising and Maintaining files and records
• Organising and Booking training for staff
• Supporting our Health and Safety Manager on day to day basis
• Assisting other staff members when needed
• Assisting in the Management of the Companies management systems
Key skills we are looking for:
• Attention to detail
• Well organised
• Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Eager to learn and improve
• Somebody who is proactive
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word
Competitive Salary and Structured Training Programme
Hours are 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday
