Office Assistant
Part time – 16 – 21 hours a week
Permanent - £10 - £12.50 per hour

Our client a progressive cleaning company, with clients based across various sites in London are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to work closely with the Operations Manager.
Due to business growth, the Operations Manager requires a number two to support and assist with a variety of admin duties.
The individual must be happy to get to Stuck in and get involved with all aspects within the role.
Key responsibilities include:
• Various Admin and PA support to Operation’s Manager
• Receiving calls from new customers and explaining services available
• Making outbound calls to set up new clients
• Handling general customer service enquiries and escalating where necessary.
• Post updates and manage Social Media platforms
• Act as supervisor at site on occasion.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months Administration experience a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include excel.
The job will require someone who is able and relaxed about travelling across the city. With a flexible and hands on approach to team work assisting with general duties as necessary.
