Office Assistant Needed in London

Part Time Office Assistant required for building and refurbishment company in Battersea, mostly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, as well as occasional other days. Main duties include answering the phone and emails, communicating with clients, liaising with building teams, managing the calendar, producing daily work schedules, and writing up estimates.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Being organised, patient and computer literate is a must. Must be able to work well alone as well as in a team, as you will need to manage ongoing work with the office manager who is also part time.
This is a self-employed position so would suit someone local and already self employed. The office is close to Battersea Park and Queenstown Road rail stations. Pay is per hour and you can expect to be working 7-8 hours a day, less in quiet periods.
