Office Assistant Needed in London

Croydon – Part time, Office hours are flexible, must be able to attend calls from 9 am to 6 pm.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receiving and making calls in professional and friendly manner from Monday to Saturday (calls are logged for statistics/marketing)
Checking, managing and sending emails
Filing, Photo copying, scanning and indexing
Basic Data entry and good skills of filling documents by category
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Fluent English speakers only --- Level of English proficiency: native
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Word and outlook- moderate level required as minimum
Typing - moderate speed as minimum
General IT skills - moderate level as minimum
Numerical skills – ability to use calculator to multiply, divide and calculate percentage
Self-motivated, Dedicated, Reliable, Responsible
REMUNERATION:
Initially the job is on Self Employed basis
Salary based on experience and hours worked at the office/home.
Annual raise will be offered based on performance.
Probation period of 6 months (extendable to further 6 months, if required) before a contract will be signed.
