We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company during a period of cover.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Hours: 12-3, Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 2 weeks w/c 25/09/17, with a training day during the week previously.
Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner;
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information;
Perform receptionist duties when needed;
Scan documents and print files, when needed;
Keep information confidential;
Comply with data integrity and security policies;
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
Requirements:
experience in another relevant administrative role;
experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Confidentiality.
