We are passionate about real Thai cuisine, kindness, attention to detail and customer experience.
We are looking for an Office and Human Resources Manager to work with us to manage a range of 'backstage’ processes including: weekly orders, staff training and disciplinaries, maintenance planning, holiday tracking, social media planning, recruitment, invoice filing, website updates and weekly banking.
The role is flexible and can be adapted to some degree to suit the skills or learning goals of the candidate in question. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel, Human Resources experience and knowledge of the restaurant industry would all be useful. Most of all though, we like to work with kind hearted and organized people who can think on their feet. We can show your round and pick up the skills you'll need to make it a success. The office and Human Resources manager role will require at least 25-30 hrs per week but could also be a full time position if the candidate has experience or would like to pick up front of house skills.
We can offer a competitive salary (hourly or monthly dependent on candidate) and training to progress toward the role or knowledge you would like to gain. We would love the candidate to grow with the business and perhaps find themselves managing a team across several businesses in the future.
Staff meals, endless coffee and the opportunity to learn about all sorts of rare ingredients, unusual wines and small batch teas are also available.
