Office Administrator needed!

We are looking for a Part-Time office administrator to come and join our team as soon as possible. We are a small friendly company based in North London, specialising in the distribution of picture framing materials to framers and galleries throughout the UK.

The main responsibilities of the role will include -
• Speaking to customers, both face to face and on the phone.
• Writing out orders and taking payments
• Assisting the other office staff with general office duties.

The hours for the position are –
• 11.00Am – 3.00pm Monday to Friday

The starting salary will be between 9k – 11k per annum, depending on experience. The role would suit a candidate with experience working with computers and invoicing, who has a welcoming telephone and client facing manner.
