Office Administrator in an Estate Agency

An established estate agency require services of an Office Administrator.
The candidate should possess excellent speaking and writing skills.
Should have passion to progress within the company.
Should have independent approach and posses problem solving skills.
Should have at least 1-2 years of work experience in admin role.
Should be able to use MS Word efficiently.
The main duties includes:
Computer data entry
Receiving and sending emails
Writing letters to clients
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Carry out references for potential tenants
Receiving phone calls
Opening the office
Day to day other admin work
In return we offer £15000 pa wages and 21 days paid annual holidays.
Timing Mon to Friday 9am to 5pm.
