We are looking for a reliable, responsible, conscientious and well-presented person to work as an administrator in a central London training company. We are a small company, so we need a strong team player, someone who is flexible, able to pick up new skills quickly, and has a desire to continuously improve.
Your tasks would involve processing course bookings, responding to customer queries, sending out invoices, chasing late payers, managing stock, managing examinations, booking venues for courses and liaising with trainers. There might also be a need for you too invigilate exams. You will be given full training.
You must be well-organised, be able to prioritise work tasks, manage your time effectively, pay attention to detail, and be a strong team player. You must also be trustworthy, reliable and conscientious.
This job would be ideal for someone who is in the earlier stages of their career, who wants to progress and build a successful career in an office admin role. The role comes with a lot of responsibility and is very varied. This role is not suitable for someone looking for something short term.
You will have GCSE's in English and Maths.
Holidays are 20 days per year, plus one additional day for every full year worked. Annual bonuses are paid to staff based upon good work performance.
Candidates invited to interview will be asked to do some short tests using a laptop and calculator.
