Office Administrator Assistant Job

Place: Uxbridge, London



We are:
A successful online solution provider and IT consulting group with offices in London, Barcelona, Brussels, Paris, Chicago and Wrocław. Office hours are 9am - 5:30pm however part time working might be considered.
We are looking for a local person:
Assisting sales with document formatting presentation etc.
Travels arranging – trains, flights and accommodations (Apartments and Hotels) for all employees in the company.
Processing employees expenses.
Registering all UK costs in CRM.
Providing secretarial services for employees.
Filling of paper work and taking care of regular office mail and other correspondence.
Providing support services for meetings in the office including room preparation and regular drinks.
We require:
experience in similar position.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Familiarity with MS office.
Knowledge of Client relationship tools.
French speaker would be an advantage.
