Apex Green Ltd in an approved Fund Provider and installer, we are looking for an appointment maker for cavity walls and Loft insulation. The job involves different set tasks to handle and a wide variety of responsibilities to work through on a daily basis and the training could arrange for right candidate. We are looking for individual can close a deal and book appointment for energy assessor. Please note this is not a cold calling role.
Responsibilities:
• Calling out customer to book assessment
• Data Entry and Managing diaries for installer’s and assessors
• Answering all incoming telephone calls and sending Letters Out
• Email distribution of work and client interactions
• Explaining government Grant scheme and customer contribution
• Scanning Files and preparing Submissions
• Providing support to the administrators by monitoring deadlines
• General secretarial support and assistance other admin tasks as required
SKILLS
• 6-12 Telesales experience
• Very good skills required on Microsoft excel, work and outlook
• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Flexible as regards working hours
• Good at juggling tasks and prioritising.
