Office Administrator and Customer Service Support

Based in Canary Wharf – E14, Miss Maid Ltd is a cleaning company dealing with private and commercial clients throughout London. We are currently looking for Office Administrative Assistant to answer phone calls, e-mails, dealing with customers and cleaners.
Applicants must be computer literate and possess excellent communicative skills. Ideally should have strong time management and the ability to multi task and put systems in place.
The candidate must be well organized and conscientious, pay excellent attention to detail and should have experience in working with customers.
Key skills:

Fluent English Language speaking and writing.
Bulgarian language is a full advantage
experience in cleaning industry is beneficial.
Good telephone manner
Possess interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Flexible to the needs of the business
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
Typing skills
Preparing of accounting documents
Ability to communicate with staff and customers at all levels and third parties as well as work in team.
Self-motivated and Organized

Job Details:

Full time job 5 days a week
