We are looking for a part-time office administrator to help run our office. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, be it recently or if you are returning to the work place.
The post is 12 hours each week over three days, preferably four hours each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9.30am -1.30pm but we can offer some flexibility to accommodate other commitments.
The successful candidate will be proficient in office management duties, have experience with the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point, have a confident telephone manner, be calm under pressure, and be able to multi task with a “Hands on Attitude”.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role involves all aspects of office administration and support to individuals in the team as and when required.
Duties include:
Travel bookings and requirements
Health and safety
Day to day IT / printing / technical duties.
Ordering of office supplies including stationery, printing, food/drink, misc.
Basic Power Point skills
Assisting finance manager with purchase ledger control.
Directors’ expenses / petty cash/credit card reconciliation.
Refreshments for meetings
Ensuring the office is kept neat and tidy.
Staff assistance and recording of holidays / sickness.
Deliveries / couriers / post
