Office Administration Assistant Vacancy

We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant on a permanent full-time contract.
Ideally the successful candidate should have some office experience but not necessary as training will be given. You must be able to communicate in English and must be able to work under pressure.
Hours are 9 hours per day and working hours will be between 10am - 7pm.
Duties:
• Provide general administrative support to the office team and carry out
administrative tasks.
• Use in-house computer systems.
• Answering the telephone in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up to date computerised and hard copy records.
• Photocopy and file documents promptly
