Job Description – Office Administration Assistant. Full Time.
The Probation Period (3months)
During the period, the job role you will be asked to perform is General Office Administration. The list below is not exhaustive, as you will need to have a degree of flexibility to help maintain our Company operational standard.

To help to grow our business by ensuring that the service experienced by our customers is consistently excellent

Key Responsibilities
• Help drive the organisation of Company Operations by liaising with different departments. The departments are included, retail boutiques, production, head office, wholesales clients, individual customers, suppliers and Company Directors.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure the highest standards are maintained within the sales inquiries. Increasing sales and driving add on sales.
• To organise the mail/ telephone orders to be handled and completed at the Company standard.
• To maintain the database of sales orders, delivery notes for the clients and general administrator works.
• To help putting out company news via social media/ newsletters and update the Company website.
Knowledge and Skills Required
• A genuine interest in chocolate, patisserie, fine food and wine.
• Appropriate numeracy skills and experience of entering data into Excel.
• Appropriate administrative skills using Word and Power Point.
• Basic Food Handlers Safety Certificate would be useful although not essential.
Attitudes and Behaviours
• As a key ambassador for R Chocolate London you are expected to act at all times in a friendly, courteous and professional manner towards customers and other staff members.
• We expect you to require high standards from all fellow staff by acting in a professional, ambitious and inspirational manner.
• You must be extremely attentive to detail, particularly in respect of product quality and stock rotation.
• The ability to interact confidently, consistently and decisively when dealing with the retail team, our customers and clients and the Management of the business.
• The confidence and good sense to react positively to constructive criticism.
