Office Admin With Basic Bookkeeping for an

A company in West London is seeking a full-time (Monday to Friday, 8.30-5) office administrator with basic bookkeeping knowledge to join the team.
As an office administrator/bookkeeper most of your duties will include
• Answering the phone
• Daily dealing with client enquiries
• Preparing quotes
• Working alongside business owner
• General admin duties
• Basic Bookkeeping
The right person for the position will have:
• experience in an office environment with a similar role
Personal assistant skills
• IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Have Bookkeeping and knowledge of Vat
• Be intelligent with good communication skills
• Organised, good attention to detail
• Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
• Love for dogs is a must as there is a friendly dog in the office
• Available for an immediate start
Salary negotiable based on experience and suitability
Good English both written and spoken is a must
